RECENT CASES

In a twelve-month period, Casey Mulligan and Mary Claire Mulligan obtained dismissals before trial in twelve separate criminal cases, eleven in Boulder County.

Casey Mulligan and Mary Claire Mulligan together successfully litigated to get First-Degree Murder charges dismissed before trial in an Adams County case.

In a Denver First-Degree Murder case, Casey Mulligan and his brother Patrick Mulligan obtained a dismissal of all charges after substantial litigation and investigation.

Mary Claire Mulligan, with co-counsel, successfully obtained a dismissal of Murder charges at a pre-trial hearing in Adams County on Defense of Property grounds.

In a Jefferson County methamphetamine lab case, Casey Mulligan successfully argued for suppression of all of the evidence, based on the violation of his client’s rights. On appeal, the Colorado Supreme Court upheld the suppression of evidence, and all charges were dismissed.
